Am I eligible?
To be eligible for the PHRi you must meet one of the following conditions for education and experience:
Have at least one year of experience in a professional-level HR position + a master’s degree or global equivalent,
Have at least two years of experience in a professional-level HR position + a bachelor’s degree or global equivalent, OR
Have at least four years of experience in a professional-level HR position + a high school diploma (such as WASSCE or GED) or global equivalent.
What is the Exam Format and Length
Exam time: 3 hours and 15 minutes
Exam length: 145 scored questions (mostly multiple-choice) + 25 pretest questions
Computer-based exam at a Pearson VUE testing center.

How much does it cost?
Opus Peritia charges you for tuition only, which is held online and in-person.
Participants may request that books and exam registration be added to their fees. Kindly allow up to two weeks to receive the print version of books.

When can I join the next class?
Classes commence in February 2021.
Our In-person classes will start on10th February (Accra only).
Our live Online classes start 13th February (Asia, East Africa and Southern Africa)
Lessons are held on Wednesday and Friday nights for In-person sessions and Saturday and Sunday mornings and evenings for Online sessions.
When can I take the exam?
Testing for the PHRi is available year-round, subject to test center availability. However, plan to register at least two weeks ahead of your intended date.
What will you offer?
We will provide tuition and resource material for your studies.
This includes notes, mock exams, group projects, and individual assignments. Our instructors remain reachable even out of class to offer guidance and support participants who may have unique needs.
How do I remain certified?
Your PHRi certification is valid for three years after testing. To maintain your PHRi credential, you must earn 60 recertification credits over the three-year time span or retake the exam. This can be through higher education, work projects or online training such as those run by Opus Peritia.

Can I cancel?
You may request either full withdrawal or deferment of the program at any point in time.
However, we advise participants to do this at least two weeks upon the start of the class in order to claim a full refund.
Cancellations after two weeks and before the 6th week will entitle you to 75% of the total fees paid.
Cancellations after the 6th week will receive no refunds
In the case of deferment, we will hold your total fees paid in trust until you join the next cohort. You may defer up to two cohorts. Failure to complete with the final cohort will lead to a 70% refund.
